Terms and Conditions 389bet — Clear Rules for Brazilian Players

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and 389bet ("Platform", "we"). By accessing, registering, or using any service available at https://389bet.world, you fully accept these Terms.

389bet is a Sports Betting and online entertainment platform operating under an international license, exclusively serving the Brazilian market. All services are offered in BRL and follow applicable industry guidelines in Brazil.

If you are under 18, you are not permitted to use any 389bet services. Age verification is carried out during registration and may be requested at any point while using the platform.

To create an account on 389bet and use its services, you must meet all of the following requirements:

• Have at least 18 years of age or older on the date of registration.
• Be a resident of Brazil and hold a valid CPF issued by the Receita Federal.
• Not be prohibited by law or court order from participating in sports betting or online gaming.
• Not be an employee, direct partner, or first-degree relative of a 389bet employee.
• Not having had a previous account closed due to a violation of these Terms.

The registration process requires your full name, CPF, date of birth, active email address, mobile phone number, and a password. All information must be accurate and up to date — providing false details will result in immediate account closure and possible balance retention.

Identity Verification (KYC)

389bet applies identity verification procedures (Know Your Customer — KYC) in line with international anti-money laundering practices. You may be asked to provide a government-issued photo ID (RG or CNH), a current proof of address, and, in specific cases, documents proving the source of funds.

Verification may be requested at any time, particularly before processing withdrawals above R$ 1,000.00. Unverified accounts may have withdrawals temporarily suspended until the process is completed.

The 389bet processes all payments exclusively in Brazilian reais (BRL). The accepted payment methods are:

General Payment Rules

• Deposited funds may only be withdrawn to a payment method registered in the same name as the account holder.
• Pix withdrawals are processed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including national holidays.
• 389bet does not charge a withdrawal fee for amounts above R$ 50.00. For smaller withdrawals, an administrative fee of R$ 5.00 may apply.
• Withdrawals above R$ 5,000.00 may require additional identity verification before processing.
• Unwithdrawn bonus balances expire after 30 days of account inactivity.

The 389bet offers regular bonuses and promotions for both new and existing users. Each promotion has its own specific terms, which will always be clearly stated on the promotion page. The general rules that apply to all bonuses are:

• The 100% welcome bonus up to R$ 500.00 applies to the first deposit of new registered and verified users.
• The bonus is credited automatically after the qualifying deposit — no promo code required.
• To withdraw any funds derived from bonuses, you must meet the rollover requirement (minimum wagering) specified in each promotion.
• The standard rollover for the welcome bonus is 10x the bonus amount received, on bets with minimum odds of 1.50.
• Cancelled bets, void bets, and bets with fewer than 2 selections in accumulators do not count toward the rollover.
• 389bet reserves the right to cancel bonuses in cases of suspected misuse, duplicate accounts, or bets placed to circumvent the promotion's terms.
• Live Casino bonuses, such as those for Crazy Time and European Roulette, contribute 10% of the wagered amount toward the rollover of bonuses originally granted for Sports Betting, and vice versa.

By placing bets on the platform of 389bet, including Brasileirão Série A, Copa do Brasil, Libertadores, NBB, UFC/MMA, CBLOL, and other covered sports, you agree to the following rules:

• All bets are confirmed at the moment the system processes the selection and stake — confirmed bets cannot be canceled except in cases of proven technical error on the platform's part.
• 389bet may cap the maximum bet amount per user, per event, or per market at its discretion. Users with a consistent history of high-value bets may be subject to limits different from the standard.
• If an event is canceled due to force majeure, all bets on that event are voided and the amounts are returned to the user's balance.
• Results based on an official ruling by the sport's governing body (CBF, UFC, Riot Games, etc.) are the only ones considered valid for bet settlement.
• Obvious odds pricing errors ("palpable errors") may be corrected by 389bet even after a bet has been confirmed, with notification to the user.
• Bets placed after the official start of an event are automatically cancelled by the system, except in live betting markets.

Live Betting

Live betting at 389bet follows the same general rules above, with the following specifics: odds are updated in real time and the bet is confirmed at the price shown at the moment of the click; in the event of a stream interruption or technical instability, live bets already confirmed remain valid based on real event data.

The Cash Out feature allows users to settle a bet before the final result. The Cash Out value is calculated in real time and may be lower than, equal to, or higher than the original stake. Once a Cash Out is confirmed, the transaction is irreversible.

The Live Casino at 389bet — which includes European Roulette, Blackjack, Baccarat, Crazy Time, Dream Catcher, and more — is provided by certified third-party providers, including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play Live, and Ezugi. By playing in the Live Casino, you agree to:

• Game results are determined by real physical processes (mechanical roulette, physical cards) or by Random Number Generators (RNG) certified by independent laboratories such as eCOGRA and BMM Testlabs.
• The RTP (Return to Player) for each game is publicly available on the respective game's page — 389bet does not manipulate RTPs.
• 389bet is not responsible for technical issues originating from Live Casino provider servers, but is committed to mediating dispute resolution when necessary.
• Minimum and maximum bets per table may vary and are displayed before the user sits at any live table.
• The use of automation software ("bots"), prohibited real-time analysis systems, or any form of electronic cheating at live tables will result in immediate account closure.

Use of the platform 389bet is subject to compliance with the rules set out in these Terms. The following conduct is expressly prohibited and may result in account closure, balance retention, and notification to the relevant authorities:

• Creating more than one account using the same CPF, email address, phone number, or device.
• Providing false information during registration or identity verification (KYC).
• Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal activity.
• Deliberately and systematically exploiting technical flaws or odds pricing errors.
• Using automated software (bots) to place bets or interact with the platform.
• Placing bets that constitute match-fixing or manipulation of sporting results.
• Selling, transferring, or sharing access to your account with third parties.
• Placing coordinated bets with other users to unlawfully accumulate bonuses ("bonus abuse").

It is strictly prohibited to reproduce, copy, modify, distribute, transmit, publicly display, publish, sell, or create derivative works from any platform content without prior written authorization from 389bet. The 389bet commits to keeping the platform available and fully operational 24 hours a day, but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Scheduled maintenance is announced in advance; unexpected technical issues are treated as top priority by the technology team.

389bet is not liable for:

• Losses resulting from bets placed based on incorrect information provided by the user themselves.
• Access issues caused by failures in the user's own internet connection.
• Indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of, or temporary inability to use, the platform.
• Sports arbitration decisions or result changes by sporting authorities that alter the outcome of already-settled bets.

389bet's total liability to any user, under any circumstances, is limited to the value of the user's account balance at the time the dispute arose.

You may close your account at 389bet at any time by submitting a request to contato@389bet.world. Prior to closure, any available balance in the account (excluding unmet bonus requirements) will be processed for withdrawal via Pix or the user's preferred method.

389bet may suspend or close an account in the following situations:

• Violation of any clause of these Terms and Conditions.
• Submitting false documents during the KYC process.
• Reasonable suspicion of money laundering or criminal activity.
• Self-exclusion request by the user.
• Account inactivity for more than 12 consecutive months, following 30 days' prior notice.

In cases of account closure due to prohibited conduct, 389bet reserves the right to hold the account balance pending the conclusion of an internal investigation. The user will be notified of the outcome and the expected resolution timeline.

The 389bet reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. However, for changes that affect users' material rights — such as withdrawal rules, bonus rollover, or account closure policies — the platform commits to:

• Send an email notification to all active users at least 7 days in advance.
• Display a prominent notice on the platform's homepage throughout the transition period.
• Keep the previous version of the terms available for reference for 30 days after the update.

For minor changes — such as spelling corrections, section reorganization, or clarifications that do not affect the substance of the rules — 389bet may apply updates without prior notice, but will always update the effective date at the top of this page.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. Any dispute arising from the use of the platform 389bet that cannot be resolved amicably will be submitted to the jurisdiction of the competent Brazilian courts.

389bet encourages resolving disputes directly through support before taking any legal action. To file a formal complaint:

• 389bet commits to responding within 5 business days with an initial review and a resolution timeline.
